Reservations can be made on this site through our reservation system, by telephone, our partners or email.
Reservations can only made by persons over the age of 18
To counter fraud, for example phishing, payment will be made during the stay, except for reservations prepaid by booking.com and expedia.
We accept cash (euros only), cheques, ANCV & CB.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so free of charge up to 48 hours before your day of arrival. Cancellations within this period will be charged for the first night of the stay. A “No Show” (you don’t turn up without informing us) will be charged for the entire length of the stay.
Force Majeur, if you need to cancel within the 48hour period and you believe this to be as a result of a force majeur, please telephone us to discuss the situation and we may agree to waive the fee at our discretion. It must be agreed by the owner.
Prices are in Euro, we are not liable for VAT and therefore this is not added to your bill. A Tourist tax of 0.60€ per adult per night is added to your bill, under 18s are exempt.
We regret we do not accept animals with the exeption of assistance dogs.
All our rooms are on either the first or second floor and due to the nature of the house, we are unable to provide a lift/elevator.
Hours of arrival. Our standard arrival times are from 17.00 to 21.30, Arrivals outside these hours may be subject to a surcharge of 30.00€ to cover the cost of employing an additional person.
