Is there parking nearby and how much does it cost?

There are parking spaces directly in front of the house, in addition there is a large car park oposite. All parking is free.

I am on a cycling tour and I need to store my bike, do you have a secure place where I can leave it?

Unfortunately for 2024 we are unable to store any bikes, due to a large crack in the wall of our garage, which means the garage is unsafe. Until we have had this repaired we can’t store any of our guest’s bikes.

What time can I check-in?

Our check-in times are from 17.00 – 21.30 7 days a week

If I need to Check-in before 17.00 is this possible?

We are normally available to receive guests from 17.00, sometimes it is possible to check-in before this time, but it must be agreed in advance and there maybe a charge of 30.00€ to cover the cost of us employing an additional member of staff to make this possible. Please note that unless this is agreed in advance the 30.00€ will be charged if you attempt to check in before 17.00

What time is check-out? If I have a late flight can you store my luggage?

We require you to vacate your room by 10.30 am. You are welcome to use the communal rooms after this time and we can store your luggage in a locked room should it be required.

I need to come back after your closing times how can I get back in?

We provide you with not only a room key but also one for the front door, so you are able to come and go as you please

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served each morning between 07.05-09.30

If I need to change or cancel my reservation, how can I do this and are there any penalties?

We offer free cancellation up to 48hours before your scheduled arrival time. If you cancel within the 48hour period you may be liable to pay for your first night’s accommodation.

Please note if you don’t show up without advising us you are liable to pay for the full cost of your stay

When and how do I pay?

We accept all types of credit and debit cards, Google and Apple pay as well as cash.

We ask our guests to pay on departure.

Do you have any accessable rooms?

Due to the age and style of the house, our bedrooms are on the first and second floors, accessed by a wide staircase. We do not have a lift.
